I had to choose between posting a good manga and posting a good description of a manga (which wouldn't be available) so logic dictactes that here you have a good manga with no real description of it, too be honest I'm not even sure if Shiwasu No Okina is the name of the manga or of the artist (possibly both for some reason), I remember this manga having good sex scnes but I don't remember what it was about very well, I had some time limitations and couldn't re-read, so take a leap of fait for me on this one. But hey, it's 166 pages long!
